Meet the team

  • Catherine Bain, MS

    Catherine is a doctoral candidate and in her fifth year of the quantitative psychology PhD program. Her research focuses on the intersection of psychometrics and machine learning (ML), with an emphasis on variable selection and, more recently, evaluating the relative performance of these ML methods in diagnostic assessment. Outside of academia, Catherine spend a lot of her time running and is currently training for the OKC Half Marathon.

  • Keelyn Brennan, MS

    Keelyn is a second-year doctoral student in the quantitative psychology PhD program. Her research focuses on the use of machine learning algorithms for prediction, with a special interest in sports analytics and crime data. Outside of academia, Keelyn serves on the worship team for Life.Church and enjoys reading and spending time with her community, both inside and outside of the department.
