A little bit
about me
I’m first-generation Filipino-American and fluent in Tagalog. However, I understand the language better than I can speak it. I love Filipino food. My top three dishes are sisig, sinigang, and lumpiang Shanghai.
Disneyland is off Harbor Blvd in between Katella Ave and Ball Rd. Growing up, it was always just a short drive away.
I was born in Anaheim, California and grew up in the Orange County area. Moving to Arizona for grad school was the first time I lived outside of Southern California.
My family and I now live in Norman, which has a small-town feel and is about 30 minutes south of Oklahoma City.
Go Thunder!
We also live with these two—Apache (bernedoodle) and Corduroy (golden retriever). Both love barking at anything in the backyard, no matter how early or late.
